HaHa I anyhow cook one, based on my memory of what my friend told me like 3 months ago.

Can be better but still got the taste lah.

You need to use an earthen pot

Pour in a bottle of bulldog brand vinegar and mix with a bottle of water. Bring to boil

Then fry your ginger with sesame oil.

Also boil your hard boiled eggs.

Prepare your pig trotters by dipping them into boiling water to get rid of any blood.

Put ginger, hard boiled eggs and pig trotters into boiling vinegar.

That's it.

Forgot one more step:

Add "Zhao Fu" sugar (you could get this sugar from chinese medicine shop - just tell uncle the kind of sugar for pig trotters) into vinegar mixture. how much of sugar is up to your liking.
