Casey brought this super huge sandwich from London and I had it totally for myself. It taste fabulous, not salty and has very light taste.

Yummy crispy homemade roast pork

The skin was roasted to perfect crispiness. It gave out crispy crunch with every bite into the succulent meat.

Who will ever thought that this delicious slab of roast meat was home roasted. And amazingly, it was only roasted with salt.

For me, I'll just go feast on my favorite but sinful food.

An attempt

My first attempt to grill Lee Shan's mum's world best chicken wings. Added a little too much honey so they tasted more sweet than savory. Also, should have grill them for 40 min rather than 30 min.

On a whole, they tasted not too bad. Will try again soon.

Huge round and boil to perfection

I've tasted half boil eggs from many cafe and Kopitiam and I must say the best come from Toastbox.

The pair of golden liquid yolks are held within the semi solidified egg white. They will ooze out once the egg white is punctured with a gap.

Another winning formula is their black sauce which has a blend of sweetness and saltiness. Compliment perfectly with the eggs.

Testing the oven

It's the first time I'm using this oven to bake scones. I managed to purchase a scone cutter and this time round, I get huge round scones.

Have to fiddle around with the timer a little, otherwise it went on smoothly

Arteastque

Went for afternoon tea at Arteastque at mandarin gallery at orchard road.

I had the Ginger spice tea with Mao Shan Wan ice-cream. Don't really like it but love the afternoon tea snacks.

Yummy crabs!

My aunt bought more than 10 live crabs from Tekka market. She steamed them with just seasoning with salt.

As the crabs were fresh, they tasted yummily fabulous. I must say the best crab I ever tasted. I brought one home and chilled it in the refrigerator, following the advise of my aunt. And my God, the chilled crab tasted even better.

I love it!

It's small and probably good for few items. And it's machine washable so that you could reuse it for a long time.

Traditional BF

Today, I had half boil eggs and coffee for breakfast. This is exactly how I have it when I was a boy. Time flies and after some 40 years, I'm glad I'm still able to enjoy it.

Weight Loss target
