I've been trying learn how to attached a youtube clip on my post,
like I see in other blogs.
But just never seems to be able to do that.
Anyone can give me instructions?

From the youtube website, under the section which show details of the owner who post the video, you shld be able to see this "Embed" section.
Just do a copy and paste of the info there onto the 'edit html' area of your blog post. You shld see the video when you go over to the 'compose' section.
