I remember a couple of years ago I was juicing 5 green fruits and vegetables every morning as it was claimed that it would reduce the chance of getting cancer. Thinking back, I think it was amazing as it took some effort - all the cleaning up after the juicing.
Somehow, I just felt that I would have a good start of the day by eating or rather drinking right first thing in the morning.
After a few years of hiatus, I feel that I should get back to this healthy practice at least during the weekends.
This time round, I just add colours.
