Another attempt of self portrait using water colour. This is copied from a picture taken at the MTR station in Hong Kong using iPhone.

Poor Sunny

He was not feeling well today.

He threw up 4 times and having loose stool.

I wonder is it the medication? And he is not eating. No choice but to stop his medication tonight and gave him charcoal instead.

Poor Sunny, pray that he will recover by tomorrow morning.

Levitation

After countless jumps, and drenched in prespiration, I manage to get these two shots which are more usable.

It's far from the standard of the Jap girl, but it's a start.

iPhone Re-cover

Finally completed my hand-drawn iPhone cover.

The marker ink ran a little when I tried to varnish it with a brush. Realize it didn't work well, so end up spraying lacquer on it instead.

I've to paste a sticker there as my charger burnt a hole through the paint work.

I'm glad I completed it and now using it.

Silk screen printing

Had my hands on silk screen printing at the Art and Science Museum.

This is a modified process whereby we pasted colored papers on a piece of white A3 size paper and then print the image of Dick Lee's mad chinaman above it.

Andy Wahol

The Art and Science Museum is exhibiting Andy Wahol now.

I attended the exhibition this afternoon. I also had a hands-on with the modified silk screen printing.

The curator told us the reason why the Art n Science Museum is holding Andy Wahol's works as he was one artist that is really adventurous in experimenting new ways of doing art.

Self portrait using duct tape

This is really tedious as it is just a small portrait smaller than my palm.

Cutting out the duct tape was very tedious and I had to do it very carefully as the lines are so delicate.

I thought I would not be able to successfully complete it, but I did.

Though the end product is far from satisfactory but I'm glad I persevere till the end.

Taking a short trip in Hong Kong now. I'm intrigue by the colored mosaics used in the MTR stations.

There are so many hues, so far I've taken four.

Will continue to capture more of the fabulous colours.

Breakfast

The best way to start a day is to treat yourself with a sumptuous breakfast.

I spread chilli tomato tuna on four leaves multigrain bread, then top it with cheese.

What a wonderful toast to go with a cuppa coffee. What a wonderful day.

This is my friend's portraiture of me using water colour.

I have to say that he skillfully portray likeness of me in this drawing.

I went on YouTube to view how to paint portrait using water colour.

This is my first attempt on my self portrait with water colour.

Looking forward to tomorrow's water colour lesson with local artist Tong Chin Sye.

凤飞飞

My idol passed away.

I felt a sense of lost. Should have gone for her concert the last time she was in Singapore performing.

I Just have to buy her CD compilation of her songs even though the selection of songs are not the best.

The music industry is taking this opportunity cashing in on her demise.

She's my idol since I was in my secondary school years. Going to miss her. ;-(
